With my family of five children, I am constantly in a fierce battle with their desire for the latest media against what they really need, the fresh word from God and strong Biblical foundations. I knew I had to come up with a solution. Additionally, over the last 20 years, I have worked with university students on a near daily basis. Some of them are doing amazingly well, while others are struggling! Of those that were struggling, I found a common issue, a past wound and a breakdown in their family. (I am not talking about single parent homes. Some single parents are doing better than some two-parent homes.) As the leader of my house I had to do something. And not in a heavy handed way forcing them to become Christians. Instead, I wanted to invite them to hunger and thirst for righteousness by introducing them to God’s LOVE.
