WHAT IS THE VISION FOR A FACILITATOR?
Facilitate – (verb) to make (an action or process) easy or easier.
Facilitator – Role and Assignment: The facilitator’s role is to create a safe environment for a group of people to grow together, learning foundational Christian truths and a lifestyle of enjoyable prayer. A facilitator does not have to do all the preparation or teaching. Instead, they help create an inviting environment for each of the group members to grow in their personal and public ministry.
